However, it is possible that you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase due to any reason. Do not worry, we are here to help and assure you of a fair and prompt return and refund policy. Please be advised that your interest is foremost in our mind. Returns
In case you are not satisfied with the product, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have the original bill that we sent you along with the product, you may access it and print it from the ‘Your Orders’ section on the website.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs incurred by you are nonrefundable. Depending on your location, the time taken for the product to be received by us would be variable. The Refund Process would only be commenced once this returned product is received.
Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 15 days from the receipt of the product by us on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The decision taken by the Refund Team will be binding. We may offer you a replacement product if we feel it adds value to your deal. In this case, you will be required to pay the balance amount of the replacement product before the order is updated. If the replacement product is of lesser value than the original, we will refund the balance amount as per our refund policy. If your return of the original product is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, debit card (or original method of payment like Net Banking, etc). Refunds would depend on the response of the Bank that issued the card. Payment made by UPI would be processed through the Payment Gateway used for the initial payment by you. BeejMantr Pvt Ltd would not be responsible in any way for delays in the refund process.

Cancellations
Although we try to ensure that all the products you order on airbornepilotstore.com are fulfilled to your satisfaction, there may be times when the order gets canceled. This may be due to the payment not being fulfilled by the Payment Gateway due to Credit, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI payment issues. In such cases, we will contact you on your registered email to retry the payment. If the payment does not materialize, the order will be canceled and an email sent to you indicating the same. We always ensure that all products listed on our website are available. In the unlikely event that the product goes out of stock or the numbers ordered by you exceed the stock available, the order will not be canceled but will be put on hold. You will be notified of the same through email and we will strive to complete the order as soon as possible.
